If you have difficulties logging in to www.Nutrie.com or www.automaticbody.com simply follow these steps to reset your password:
1. Click on "Forgot Your Password?" or "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
2. You will then be asked for your username and email account. You can use your ID# OR your username in the username field. IMPORTANT: you MUST use the email address associated with your account in order to receive your password reset.
3. An email with a new password will be sent to the email address on record. Once you have successfully logged in you can change your password.
For security purposes we cannot reset your password for you.
If you have forgotten the email address on the account record please submit a Support Ticket. Please note, you will be required to provide additional information to verify ownership of the account before we release any information. This request must come from the account owner(s) on record and not another Brand Partner or Preferred Customer.
To ensure your privacy and security, do not share your password with anyone, including other Brand Partners or Preferred Customers. You should carefully protect your Nutrie passwords as you would any other password to a secure site.
